Brauhaus Sternen AG looks back on over 300 years of gastronomy history. In the coming years, we will be making extensive investments in our kitchen, bar, restaurant, brewery, and property. Become part of our team and help shape the future of our traditional establishment with around 350 seats.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in gastronomy (ideally first leadership experience)
• Enjoyment of responsibility and hosting qualities
• Flexibility in work shifts (early and late shifts, including room hour)
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• High resilience as well as an independent and reliable working style

Your tasks

• Deputise for the Head of Service in their absence
• Operational management of the service during the shift, active work in own station
• Leadership and support of the service team
• Ensuring a smooth service process
• Providing high-level care to our guests
• Banquet, seminar, and à la carte service
• Assisting with shift planning and onboarding of new employees
• Carrying out preparatory and cleaning tasks
• Ensuring compliance with our quality and service standards
