Responsibilities:
Procurement of production materials and merchandise according to internal requirements
Negotiation of purchase prices and conditions with existing suppliers
Monitoring supplier performance regarding costs, quality and delivery deadlines
Coordination of material availability with production, logistics and sales
Maintenance of framework agreements and management of contractual purchasing conditions
Verification and accounting allocation of incoming supplier invoices
Participation in procurement within the scope of technical development projects
Improvement of disposition and storage processes according to LEAN principles
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in technical, commercial or logistics field
Several years of professional experience in purchasing technical components or materials
Further training in business administration or procurement is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and common work tools
Negotiation skills as well as understanding of business contexts
Technical understanding and an independent working style
Reliability, accuracy and a solution-oriented approach
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
