Baker-Confectioner-Pastry Chef / Professional Team Leader
Manufacturing - Production | Lucerne | 80% - 100% | from 01.02.2027 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Professional leadership of the production team and responsibility for daily planning
- Promotion and integration of people with mental disabilities in the daily production of our baked goods, patisserie and gelato products
- Ensuring compliance with quality and food standards (HACCP)
- Active participation in production as well as recognising and implementing process optimisations according to Lean Management together with the team
- Care and maintenance of relationships with business customers in cooperation with sales as well as ensuring smooth order processing
- Calculation and preparation of offers for customer enquiries as well as participation in the development and further development of products
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a Baker-Confectioner-Pastry Chef EFZ as well as extensive expertise or additional training in Food Science / Food Technology
- Leadership experience; experience in work pedagogy or support of people with mental disabilities is an advantage
- Practical knowledge in product development as well as knowledge of textures and raw materials
- Proficient use of ERP systems for product master data maintenance and disposition (Abacus or similar)
- Experience in professional B2B customer contact and very good German language skills
- High social competence, patience, resilience as well as a structured and quality-conscious way of working
