Tasks

• Customer service and the information centre are your responsibility.
• With patience and commitment, you serve and advise our discerning customers.
• You are also responsible for the cash register system.
• You are responsible for receiving and processing customer orders as well as customer complaints.
• Thanks to your overview, the cash, postal and delivery note cycles are ensured.

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in retail or as a commercial clerk.
• Experience in administrative areas and in cash register operations distinguishes you.
• Your German skills are very good - spoken and written. English and French are a plus.
• Flexible working hours (Mon-Sat) are a matter of course for you in sales.
• You enjoy customer contact and teamwork.
