About the job
You have experience in long-term care and desire more flexibility in your deployment planning? For various long-term care institutions in the Rapperswil region, we are looking for care assistants who would like to take on individual shifts or regular pool assignments.
Requirements Profile
- Completed SRK care assistant course or a care assistant course recognised by OdASanté
- At least 6 months of experience in long-term care in Switzerland
- Good German language skills, at least level B2
- Responsible and reliable working style
Tasks
- Supporting residents with basic care
- Accompanying and supporting in daily care routines
- Assisting with mobilisation and promoting independence
- Collaboration with the nursing and care team
