Your area of responsibility includes in particular
̶ Management of the Secretariat of the Court Management
̶ Taking minutes at internal meetings
̶ Preparatory work related to the annual individual salary increases
̶ Handling complex issues and demanding special cases in the personnel area (accident, illness, etc.)
̶ Personnel planning for judges and court clerks
̶ Managing personnel changes
̶ Assisting with reports and year-end tasks
̶ Preparing work references
̶ Taking minutes at internal meetings
̶ Preparatory work related to the annual individual salary increases
̶ Handling complex issues and demanding special cases in the personnel area (accident, illness, etc.)

Your profile
You have a commercial or equivalent basic education or a school-leaving certificate and have already gained professional experience, preferably in the personnel area. Furthermore, you bring very good IT user skills (MS Office products, especially Excel and Word, preferably also SAP and ProTime). Are quick comprehension, precise and independent working methods, discretion, as well as fluency in written and spoken expression among your personal strengths? Do you also enjoy working with people? Are you looking for a challenging role in an exciting hub function? Then this position is just right for you!
