Controlling and IT Support Specialist Sales (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
In this role, you will immerse yourself in a versatile and exciting field of tasks, taking on a central function in sales controlling and IT support. You actively contribute your knowledge, continuously develop it, and demonstrate your strong service mindset in daily interactions with internal stakeholders. You are responsible for the reliable support of sales processes through analytical controlling, structured evaluations, and the efficient use of the IT systems employed. You will work in an environment characterised by openness, mutual support, respect, and trust in dealings with one another. Responsibilities:
- You independently prepare leadership, sales, and service metrics, analyse them, and present them clearly to management.
- You support sales in the daily use of the CRM, check data contents, conduct evaluations, and provide recommendations for action.
- In this role, you advise and train employees on all IT matters and provide competent first-level support.
- As a controlling and IT support specialist in sales, you work closely with group IT and ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.
- You maintain and service hardware, software, and the IT network, ensuring their reliable availability.
- You set up new laptops, mobile phones, and printers, install software, and adapt systems to users’ needs.
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed training in the IT field or have comparable professional experience in IT or IT support.
- You have solid experience in controlling as well as in data analysis and preparation from ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Abacus, Abas).
- You bring excellent IT knowledge and feel confident handling modern software.
- Ideally, you are familiar with system administration, monitoring tools, and Citrix.
- You handle confidential data responsibly and build a trusting collaboration.
- You convince through helpfulness, high service orientation, good organisation, and strong communication skills.
