Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We wish to recruit a 100% Real Estate Accountant for a local property management company.

Mission:

• Manage the accounting of the property management company (entries, VAT statements, closings, management accounts…)
• Handle supplier payments
• Invoice management
• General administration
• Preparation of management and heating accounts
• Invoice entry

Profile

• Commercial Federal Certificate of Competence or equivalent diploma
• Several years of experience in the Swiss real estate sector required
• Good command of MS Office – advanced Excel
• Precise, organised, analytical mind, reliable and autonomous
