In this role, as an IT architect for AI innovations, you actively shape the digital future of healthcare. You take responsibility for the design, planning, and further development of modern information systems in which artificial intelligence and data solutions are purposefully used. You analyse complex requirements, develop scalable architecture concepts, and ensure that technical innovations align with strategic goals. You work interdisciplinarily with various specialist departments, translate their needs into robust IT architectures, and ensure integration into existing system landscapes. You are also responsible for the continuous optimisation of the IT landscape, identify new technologies, and establish standards that sustainably increase efficiency, security, and quality.
Responsibilities:
You design the future IT landscape and develop clear architectural guidelines and transformation paths from it.
You connect business requirements with applications, data, interfaces, and technological platforms into a consistent overall picture.
You accompany cloud, integration, and AI initiatives from strategic evaluation to technical implementation.
You review projects regarding security, scalability, sustainability, and long-term compatibility.
You further develop architecture governance, reference models, and decision-making processes together with IT, business, and leadership bodies.
Qualifications:
You have at least five years of experience in enterprise, solution, or ICT architecture.
You are familiar with established architecture approaches such as TOGAF and have experience with complex IT ecosystems.
You bring in-depth knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, hybrid platforms, and modern integration patterns.
You are interested in AI, data platforms, and their secure embedding in existing corporate solutions.
You convince through conceptual strength, strategic thinking, and clear communication in German or French, as well as good knowledge of the other language.
