For recurring and longer assignments, up to one year or on call, without room hours and from our pool, we are looking for

Cook 60-100%

Tasks

• Preparation and plating of individual dishes as well as entire menus and à la carte
• Responsibility at all stations
• Control and management of inventory
• Responsibility for compliance with strict hygiene regulations according to HACCP

• Completed training as a Cook EBA/EFZ
• Solid, well-documented professional experience in the kitchen
• Enjoyment of the profession and a very lively and varied workplace
• Motivation to try new things
• Good German language skills
