Key Account Director- Strategic overall responsibility for the key account in the area of Workplace Experience and Integrated Facility Services
- Development and implementation of innovative workplace concepts that provide employees with an inspiring and productive working environment
- Trustworthy advice and support for customers at management level
- Ensuring excellent service and user experience across all services
- Identification of growth potentials as well as development of new services and solutions
- Leadership and further development of the account team (2 direct reports, around 40 employees in total)
- Responsibility for quality, performance, budget and commercial results
- Close cooperation with international stakeholders, partners and suppliers
- Higher education in business administration, hospitality management, facility management or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in key account management, workplace experience, hospitality or a comparable leadership role
- Proven success in building and developing long-term customer relationships
- Strong sensitivity to customer needs, user experiences and service excellence
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a high level of innovation and implementation skills
- Fluent German and English skills
- Enthusiastic personality with a convincing presence at all hierarchical levels
