Do you want to actively shape the digital working world? In this role, you take responsibility for modern client infrastructures, work with the latest technologies, and ensure smooth operations around the digital workplace for our contract customers.
Your Tasks
- Operation and further development of Digital Workplace environments with a focus on Microsoft 365, SCCM and Intune
- Error analysis, 2nd-/3rd-level support and troubleshooting in customer environments
- Ensuring client compliance including patch management and OS deployment
- Management of user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Onboarding at the headquarters in Sursee with subsequent possibility for hybrid working
Our Requirements
- Training or further education in IT/system technology with several years of professional experience
- Sound knowledge of SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11 and M365
- Experience with client hardware, GPOs, Active Directory and Citrix
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Azure and antivirus solutions is an advantage
- Very good German skills (C1) as well as good English skills (B1-B2)
