IT Application & Data Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
For a company with diverse internal business processes, we are looking for a committed individual to support IT operations and further develop data and corporate applications. You will work closely with various departments, prepare relevant key figures, and contribute to the digitalisation and improvement of existing processes.
Responsibilities:
Handling support requests and assisting employees in using their IT systems
Administration and ongoing optimisation of Microsoft 365
Preparation and analysis of company data as well as development of meaningful Power BI reports
Collaboration in the further development of ERP and CRM applications
Support in implementing digital solutions and optimising internal processes
Coordination with external IT service providers as well as creation and updating of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, business informatics, or comparable practical qualification
Initial or several years of experience in IT support or in the maintenance of business applications
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
Interest in Power BI, business management key figures, ERP systems, and data processes
Communicative personality with an independent and reliable working style
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as willingness to take on further specialist and project responsibilities in the long term
