With over 20 years of experience as a Recruiter in Geneva, I am active in the tertiary sector throughout Romandy, with clients including industrial companies, banks, financial firms, law firms, family offices, fiduciaries, watchmaking establishments, and with a speciality in real estate structures.

On behalf of a real estate establishment in Geneva, I am looking for:

Technical Manager M/F

Tasks:

• Carry out property inspections
• Manage claims and coordinate related works
• Organise and supervise the various stakeholders and service providers
• Handle requests from owners and tenants
• Ensure the proper functioning of technical installations (heating, hot water, air conditioning, lighting, elevator)
• Ensure the maintenance of the building by planning and having routine works carried out, and taking all urgent measures to prevent potential damage
• Supervise concierge activities

Profile:

• Successful initial experience as a technical manager within a property management company
• Diploma and/or experience in real estate or construction
• Developed administrative skills (writing, syntax, spreadsheets)
• Excellent level of French, both spoken and written
• Comfortable with IT tools; knowledge of Quorum software is an asset
• EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN ROMANDY MANDATORY
