CNC 5-Axis Milling & Coordinate Grinding Operator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You will be involved from the very beginning in the assembly and commissioning of the machine delivered in February 2027
• You create and optimise programmes with Siemens NX as well as directly on the Heidenhain NC7
• You set up the machines and operate the system independently
• You manufacture demanding precision parts in 5-axis milling and coordinate grinding
• You develop stable processes for automated and unmanned machining
• You inspect your parts independently and ensure the highest quality standards

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical basic education
• Solid experience in 5-axis milling and handling Heidenhain controls
• CAM experience with Siemens NX is an advantage – more important is your willingness to learn
• Passion for precision and the desire to become a professional in coordinate grinding
• Independent, structured working style, quality awareness and enjoyment of teamwork
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
