Head of Engineering

In this role, you shape the future direction of the engineering department. You ensure operational business, further develop structures and processes, and ensure a customer-oriented and efficient way of working. With your eye for market and customer needs, you strengthen existing business relationships and develop new partnerships. The entire key account process, from acquisition through mandate management to complaint handling, is your responsibility. As the primary contact person for assigned energy supply companies, you represent NEGXT's services competently and reliably. At the same time, you lead and promote your team in personnel, financial, and technical terms, creating the foundation for reliable, high-quality, and future-oriented service delivery.

Your profile

You have a basic education in electrical engineering as well as further training at HF or FH level in the energy sector. Several years of leadership experience as a team leader, confident handling of Microsoft 365, and, if possible, good knowledge of the energy supply environment form your professional foundation.

As a leader, you combine expertise with a human, collegial style. You communicate clearly, act proactively, and decide thoughtfully. Empathy, groundedness, and humour characterise your manner, while creativity, courage, and a willingness to shape guide your actions. You bring people together, create orientation, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
