For one of our clients, a fiduciary located in the city centre of Geneva, we are looking for a Trust Accountant at 80-100%.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You independently manage a client portfolio and handle all accounting, administrative, payroll and tax tasks
• You maintain the accounting up to the closing of accounts, perform periodic closings and prepare financial statements
• You monitor cash flow, banking transactions, client and supplier invoices as well as payments
• You prepare salaries and take care of all administrative procedures related to personnel
• You carry out social and tax declarations (VAT, AFC, personal and corporate taxes) and liaise with the competent authorities
• You support clients in monitoring their legal obligations and present the accounts
• You collaborate with the team and management, provide support on files and participate in specific assignments

You offer your new employer

• You have at least 3 years of fiduciary experience in Switzerland
• You possess solid knowledge in accounting, payroll, Swiss taxation and administrative management
• You work independently, rigorously and organised while respecting sometimes tight deadlines
• You have excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills
• You demonstrate proactivity, flexibility, a strong sense of responsibility and an excellent team spirit
• You ensure the confidentiality of processed data and maintain a quality client relationship
