What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a sales advisor for the store at Paradeplatz. Your main task is the competent advice and sale of Bosch household appliances. You are the face of the store and ensure that customers feel completely comfortable. Specifically, you can expect:

• Customer advice and sales talks within the framework of Bosch's brand strategy

• Remote advice to end customers and forwarding to internal or customer service

• Presentation of the devices with a focus on benefits, functionality and usage

• Responsibility for the appearance of the products and the store

• Store cleanliness & cleaning

• Store decoration

• Communication of product innovations

• Organisational tasks such as cash register closings, inventories and order tracking

What do I need to be successful?

• Consulting talent and genuine joy in customer contact - that is the most important!

• Technical understanding, ideally technical expertise with household appliances would be an advantage

• Agile mindset and flexibility

• Advantageous: experience in advising on household appliances

• Communication skills and service orientation

• Independent working
