Property Management Assistant
Your tasks
- Administrative and organisational support for a Manager
- Daily telephone contact with tenants, property managers, tradespeople and authorities
- Processing terminations
- Drafting and sending purchase orders and requests for quotations
- Processing and coding supplier invoices
- Monitoring various reports (regular reports sent to owners)
- Rent adjustments
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent training
- Professional experience in the administrative field; experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Native French speaker, very good office correspondence skills
- Digital affinity, openness to change and innovation
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management in a partnership mode
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with social skills
