Role:
In this role, you will dive deep into the PLM environment and act as a competent contact person for projects as well as 2nd-level support around modern PLM solutions. You take on the professional and technical responsibility for the optimal use of the software and ensure that the systems run stably and efficiently. You will accompany the further development of the solutions in interaction with SAP S/4HANA, PRO.File, and other applications. You analyse requirements, design suitable solutions, and implement them in close exchange with the relevant stakeholders. In doing so, you contribute significantly to continuously improving and future-proofing PLM processes.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the operation and further development of the SAP ancillary systems along the product lifecycle.
- In this role, you administer and support the PRO.FILE 10 application from Procad.
- As a consultant for SAP and PLM systems, you integrate the systems into SAP ERP and advise on the relevant SAP modules.
- You take on (partial) project management in innovation projects, rollouts, and the introduction of new systems.
- In this role, you handle support requests, manage changes, and coordinate external partners in support and project work.
- You conduct basic and advanced training for employees, thereby strengthening secure handling of the systems.
Qualifications:
- You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in application engineering.
- You are very proficient in .NET 4.x, C#, VB.NET, MS SQL, Entity Framework, XML, LINQ, and Visual Studio 2017.
- You bring good knowledge of VBA (Microsoft Office 2010) and CAD, ideally SOLIDWORKS from version 2019.
- You work solution-oriented, for example according to Scrum, and ideally know SAP standard connectors as well as PRO.FILE 10 from Procad.
- You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
