- Patient care within professional competencies in collaboration with qualified nursing staff
- Independent execution of varied tasks in administration, logistics and housekeeping
- Co-responsibility for high-quality care and active participation in the continuous improvement process
- Promotion of goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional care team
Your skills – our expectations
- Certificate of competence as a community health and care assistant
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, stress resistance and sense of responsibility
- Organised and conscientious work
- Communication in German or French with knowledge of the other language
