In this role, you design demanding IT environments from the initial conception to successful implementation. You continuously improve existing solutions and ensure smooth, secure operation in everyday business. You apply clever, business-oriented IT solutions and understand the underlying business processes in detail. You work in a structured manner, act proactively, and thus contribute significantly to the performance and stability of the systems used. A company vehicle supports you in performing your tasks efficiently and flexibly.
Responsibilities:
Building, commissioning, and continuous support of modern IT infrastructures for various business customers
Monitoring the deployed systems as well as structured analysis and sustainable resolution of technical faults
Advising customers on infrastructural issues and developing suitable solutions based on their individual requirements
Supporting technical projects and creating comprehensible system and project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
Broad infrastructure knowledge with a focus on network, server, virtualisation, and IT security
Analytical and solution-oriented personality with strong customer orientation, team spirit, and high willingness to learn
Good English skills and willingness for professional development; driving licence category B is an advantage
