For our client, a company specialised in the watchmaking sector in Geneva, we are looking for a Materials Quality Project Engineer (M/F) at 100%.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You build and deploy the preventive quality assurance approach within the Foundry and Finishing scope, integrating the most demanding industrial standards
- You lead risk analyses and coordinate action plans to address critical points while proactively managing cross-functional teams
- You qualify new products and processes, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- You actively contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement projects to optimise processes, productivity, and deliverable quality
- You provide methodological and operational support on quality tools and approaches, sharing your best practices with the teams
- You collaborate closely with internal and external suppliers and ensure smooth communication with all quality contributors
You offer your new employer
- You hold a degree from a University of Applied Sciences/ETH or equivalent with a quality orientation, and have solid experience in managing cross-functional projects
- You possess in-depth knowledge of preventive and corrective quality management tools such as FMEA, 8D, QRQC, MSP, and internal audits
- You are proficient in English both spoken and written, and knowledge of German or Italian is an additional asset
- You are rigorous, autonomous, able to synthesise information and make structured decisions in a demanding environment
- You demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, facilitating group management and interdepartmental collaboration
