Senior Physician Gynaecology 80-100% - in a Practice

In this position, you will actively shape the further development of an established outpatient practice.

The established outpatient group practice is part of a larger medical network in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Various medical and therapeutic specialties work closely together at the location. The team comprises around 11 employees, including about five doctors and therapeutic professionals as well as six medical practice assistants.

As part of a succession arrangement, an experienced specialist in gynaecology and obstetrics is sought to take over the medical management and further develop the location together with the existing team.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent outpatient care of gynaecological patients
• Medical and professional management of the location
• Leadership and further development of the multiprofessional team
• Co-design of processes, structures and strategic orientation
• Responsibility for economic development and participation in budget planning
• Maintenance and expansion of the network with referrers, hospitals and other service providers

Your skills:

• Specialist title in gynaecology and obstetrics or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• At least three years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system
• Leadership experience in a medical role
• Interest in economic contexts and entrepreneurial responsibility
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
