Are you a network specialist who enjoys complex infrastructures? In this role, you ensure the stable and secure operation of the Europe-wide LAN and WAN infrastructure – for around 10,000 users at over 100 locations.

Your Responsibilities
- Operation and assurance of the Europe-wide LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure
- Analysis and resolution of network faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Creation of technical concepts, system overviews, and complete operational documentation
- Planning and execution of changes, migrations, and system maintenance
- Cross-functional collaboration within the infrastructure team and participation in network projects
Our Requirements
- Completed training in computer science, systems engineering, or comparable qualification (HF, FH, apprenticeship + further training)
- Several years of professional experience in operating WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructures, preferably Cisco (Meraki, Classic, Nexus)
- Experience with security solutions such as Cisco ISE, NAC, or web proxy
- High security and quality awareness as well as independent, structured working style
- Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) in spoken and written form
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
- Advantageous
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash) to automate network tasks
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist
