About the job
Attached to the medico-administrative service, the urology secretariat is composed of medical assistants and medico-administrative collaborators. The team handles all administrative aspects and assistance for all doctors in the Urology Service.
Specialised Medical Assistant 50%
Your tasks
- Technical procedures related to consultation activities, such as insertion and removal of urinary catheters, catheter tests, various injections.
- Preparation of instruments necessary for the medical examination
- Assisting doctors during certain treatments or minor surgical procedures (cystoscopies, insertion and change of suprapubic catheter)
- Assisting doctors for interventions (circumcision and vasectomy).
- Physical reception and installation of patients
- Management of telephone calls and scheduling appointments
- Administrative management of patient files (admissions, summons and transmission of examination reports)
- Typing and sending medical reports
- Management of medical supplies stock
Your profile
- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as medical assistant
- Professional experience of several years (experience in urology is an advantage)
- Perfect command of the French language and medical terminology
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office)
