For a modern psychiatric clinic in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed Health Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) for deployment on an acute ward. Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (SRK recognition required for qualifications obtained abroad)
• Experience or interest in psychiatry (acute care area advantageous)
• Resilience, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in working with people in challenging life phases
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, and an appreciative basic attitude
• Willingness to develop professionally and personally

Tasks

• Professional care and support of patients in acute psychological crisis situations
• Implementation of individual care and treatment measures in close cooperation with the interprofessional team
• Promotion of independence and resources through structured and supportive nursing interventions
• Proper electronic nursing documentation and active information exchange within the treatment team
• Professional and composed handling of challenging situations in everyday psychiatric practice
