Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII 60 - 100% Late Shift, with occasional Early Shifts

Your Tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
• Performing treatment nursing activities
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach
• Assuming responsibilities as a key contact person
• Managing the nursing process
• Leading case discussions
• Taking responsibility for the late shift
• Assuming tasks as a topic leader, with professional authority

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Experience with RAI is desirable
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
