SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT AT 60%

Since 1 January 2026, the Child Life Spaces (EVEs) have been fully integrated into the City of Carouge. This municipalisation is part of an approach to enhance professions, professionalise practices, and manage the services of the nine early childhood care structures.

Within the Pinchat EVE, under the responsibility of its management and in close collaboration with childhood educators, you will mainly be responsible for:

• Welcoming, supporting, and managing a group of children;
• Ensuring attentive and appropriate support in daily life activities, particularly regarding close care and nutrition;
• Working itinerantly within different groups, according to needs;
• Participating in the planning and organisation of activities linked to the educational project;
• Collaborating to establish and maintain an atmosphere conducive to the development of each child;
• Establishing partnerships with parents and/or any resource persons;
• Actively participating in teamwork with your colleagues.

YOU OFFER

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a Socio-Educational Assistant, or recognised equivalent;
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the field of childhood;
• Swiss nationality or possession of a valid work permit;
• Adaptability and flexibility.

5 (early childhood scale based on 35 days)
