Operator Blister Packaging (m/f)

Tasks

• Setting up rooms, systems and equipment as well as carrying out room and line releases in the specialist area
• Monitoring manufacturing processes, recording IPC controls and checking compliance with specifications
• Adjusting the blister machine, the HAPA foil printing, the coding system and the case packer
• Troubleshooting and reporting
• Compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations (GMP FDA)

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the packaging or food industry is an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in production (packaging or food industry) in a 3-shift system
• Good technical understanding and experience with IT systems
• Experience working with semi- and fully automatic production machines in the packaging industry
• Experience in manufacturing and packaging within a GMP environment
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system)
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
