In this role, you actively advise, systematically identify potential in the portfolio and contribute measurably to the success of our agency through qualitative cross- and upselling.

Your tasks

• You work in the sales back office in our Langnau i.E. agency
• You are the first and competent contact person for our customers on the phone and at reception
• You conduct telephone and personal consultations and specifically identify advisory and closing opportunities in the portfolio
• You create tailor-made offers, adjust insurance coverages according to needs and update customer data
• You actively strengthen and expand existing customer relationships, identify cross- and upselling potentials and convince new customers with your open manner
• You answer incoming written customer enquiries independently, efficiently and with quality awareness according to Visana's guidelines

Your profile

• You have a commercial education and experience in customer contact or sales

• You enjoy advising customers holistically, solution-oriented and reliably
• Ideally, you have a VBV certification
• You communicate clearly, friendly and convincingly - even in demanding conversation situations
• Your German skills are very good; any additional language is a plus
• You work structured, reliably and result-oriented and are confident in using common Office programmes
