Your role
Support MOB project managers and other railway companies in all legal aspects related to infrastructure project management and public procurement.
Assist project managers with legal questions related to their project(s).
Ensure overall compliance of project management processes and procedures with legal bases.
Carry out formal checks of files for the plan approval procedure.
Draft and/or review all agreements necessary for assigned projects (including in the area of land and rights acquisitions).
Provide legal support for all matters related to public procurement and resulting contracts.
Perform legal tasks assigned by the Secretary General and report to them.

The profile we are looking for
Holder of a Master’s degree in law, you have experience in railway approval procedures, public procurement, or labour law and social insurance.
Organised, precise and reliable, you are motivated by quality work within deadlines.
With good interpersonal and writing skills, you have very good analytical and systemic thinking abilities.
Native French speaker, you have at least a B2 level in German.
