Role:
Our client is an innovative Swiss high-tech manufacturing company for highly precise components. You will take on a central role in industrial metrology and ensure that complex components from prototype to series meet the highest quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
Programming and operating 3D coordinate measuring machines
Developing measurement strategies from drawings and specifications
Continuously optimising measurement programmes and inspection processes
Analysing and documenting inspection equipment capabilities
Analysing faults and undertaking technical troubleshooting
Providing metrological support to production, engineering and quality assurance
Qualifications:
Technical basic training, e.g. as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (Eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis, EFZ)
Several years of experience in industrial metrology
Solid practical experience with 3D coordinate metrology
Experience in CMM programming and machining
Further training in metrology is an advantage
Very good German and pronounced quality awareness
