Tasks
Tasks you are familiar with:
- Order processing
- Correspondence in German, English and French
- Contact person for customers (by phone and in writing)
- Close cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
- Participation in purchasing
- Deadline monitoring
- Master data maintenance
- General administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in customer service/sales support
- Flair for sales
- Strong quality and service awareness
IT
Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes
SAP – very good knowledge
Languages
German: native language
English: good written and spoken skills
French: good written and spoken skills
Age
You are approximately between 25 and 40 years young.
