Operations Mechanic (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You ensure the safe and reliable operation of production and building technology together with the team.
• You independently carry out preventive maintenance, analyse faults and initiate effective measures for sustainable resolution.
• You work with conventional machine tools, manufacture spare parts, tools and fixtures or adapt them.
• You commission new machines and systems and maintain maintenance plans as well as technical documentation.
• You participate in industrialisation and optimisation projects and support the further development of the systems.
• You take into account the prospective orientation of the department, which will transition to a two-shift model in the medium term.

Your Profile

• Completed mechanical vocational training or similar technical training (such as polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, car mechanic, etc.), ideally supplemented by further training (e.g. maintenance specialist)
• Several years of experience in the maintenance of production-technical systems in an industrial environment and their infrastructure (pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, etc.)
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and on-call duty (including short-notice deployments in case of faults)
• Mobility (the workplace is not accessible by public transport)
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
