Your tasks – our position
- Together with a committed team of MPAs, nursing specialists and gynaecologists, you jointly care for the patients of the women’s clinic at the Medin location
- Typical tasks: telephone contact, reception and appointment scheduling, preparing patients for consultations including weight and blood pressure measurements, blood sampling etc.
- Administrative tasks such as registering reports, patient management also via email, (KISIM, Synedra) you perform with pleasure and efficiency. Structured working is natural for you
- You are familiar with the scope of duties of a dynamic practice
- Patient contact and the professional execution of treatment nursing activities are your priority
Your skills – our requirements
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant (SRK recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas)
- Work experience in an outpatient clinic or medical practice in Switzerland is essential
- Confident IT application skills (e.g. MS Office, KISIM, etc.)
- High social competence and personal responsibility as well as patient orientation
- Teamwork, flexibility, openness and enjoyment of human contact as well as resilience
- Native language German or French, with good knowledge of the other language (at least level B2)
