About the job
Canton public law institution, the CNP has the mission to lead the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with partner institutions. The CNP aims at the rehabilitation of patients suffering from mental disorders through the adoption of an integrated and community psychiatry model; it implements public policies for the promotion and prevention of mental health; it acts as a reference centre in the field of professional training and research in psychiatry.

The Medical Directorate is looking, for its childhood and adolescence department, for a:
Assistant Doctor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

You hold a Swiss diploma or one recognised by MEBEKO. You have started your training to obtain the FMH title in psychiatry-psychotherapy and wish to join a recognised institution specialised in mental health. You have a good knowledge of the French language (level B2).
The tasks related to the position are motivating and varied:
- Conducting psychiatric examinations of patients/residents
- Participation in medical diagnoses and implementation of treatments
- Coordination of care with the multidisciplinary team
- Writing and monitoring medical records, reports, discharge letters
- Participation in numerous projects
