In this role, as Head of Services, you design innovative, reliable IT solutions that are flexible and cost-effective for your clients. You plan and implement modern IT environments on-premise, in the cloud, and with hybrid architectures for SMEs and large customers. You rely on a powerful high-performance cloud and ensure that demanding IT infrastructures are operated stably and efficiently at all times. You are also responsible for logistics and service offerings with which you proactively support your clients. Through your strategic and operational contribution, you position the IT service as a modern and sustainable partner throughout the entire lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Lead the service area with around 20 employees professionally and be personnel responsible for team leads
Strategically further develop the service strategy, portfolio, and service offerings
Manage and ensure IT projects and highly available customer operations in a structured manner
Standardise operational processes and optimise them together with security, compliance, and sales
Coach executives and employees and promote professional and personal development
Qualifications:
Solid education or further training in computer science (EFZ/HF) or comparable qualification
At least five years of leadership and five years of system engineering experience
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune/MDM, Teams as well as VMware Horizon and ESX
Experience with IT service management, process optimisation, and demanding customer environments
Strong leadership, communication, and customer skills as well as high self-organisation
