Application Operation Manager (m/f/d)
Financial planning, tax policy and human resources – our Rocken partner is responsible for central cross-sectional tasks in public administration. With around 1200 employees, they ensure a sustainable state budget and a competitive tax climate. Their expertise includes budgeting, accounting, procurement, IT and strategic controlling. You operate and manage specialist applications, IT systems, tools and services
You analyse disruptions and errors and implement appropriate measures
You ensure availability, security and stability of applications, data and IT infrastructure
You support service owners in 2nd-level operations and professionally accompany external staff
You further develop the IT infrastructure, maintain technical documentation and work in projects and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
You have a higher IT education or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in operating specialist applications, IT systems or complex IT infrastructures
You have sound knowledge of Unix/Linux as well as secure and stable IT operations
Certifications in ITIL, HERMES, TOGAF, SAFe or Scrum are advantageous
You communicate very well in German and technical English
