Service Technician (m/f/d)

Role:
For a specialised technical service company, we are looking for you as a flexible and committed personality for maintenance, fault rectification, and customer support in the field service. You work independently in the field, plan your assignments responsibly, and maintain direct communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
You take on the independent planning and execution of maintenance work according to a set schedule
You efficiently and reliably resolve technical faults
You carry out minor repairs directly on site
You participate in on-call duties and ensure high system availability
You maintain open, professional communication with customers
Qualifications:
You have completed a vocational apprenticeship in the mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic field, e.g. as a polymechanic, auto mechanic, plant and apparatus builder, or electrician
You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in direct customer contact
You impress with impeccable manners and a high willingness to learn
You have good regional language skills, additional languages are a plus
You hold a valid driving licence, as mobility is essential here
