Team Leader Export / International Freight Forwarding 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Management of all international transports by road, rail and sea freight
Leadership, promotion and development of a team of logistics and freight forwarding specialists
Establishment and expansion of a modern Export Competence Centre
Development and implementation of sustainable export strategies to optimise processes
Responsibility for the entire transport chain including scheduling, coordination and billing
Negotiation and management of international freight forwarding partners and service providers
Analysis of processes and introduction of KPI systems to measure and improve performance
Ensuring high service quality through continuous optimisation of costs and capacities
Qualifications:
Completed training in freight forwarding, logistics or foreign trade as well as solid professional experience in international transport logistics
Several years of experience in leading and developing teams
Very good knowledge of customs clearance, export processes and international trade regulations
Strong understanding of supply chain management and efficient goods flows
Structured, resilient and solution-oriented personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
Confident use of MS Office and high IT affinity
Very good German skills; additional language skills in English or French are an advantage
