SAP Finance Lead

Experis is looking for one of its clients in Lausanne for a SAP Finance Transformation Lead capable of taking a central role in the evolution of the ERP Finance ecosystem and in preparing the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Beyond SAP expertise, we are seeking a highly operational candidate, close to the field, able to intervene directly on business issues, user support, configuration and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Concrete experience of SAP S/4HANA migration carried out in Switzerland is an essential prerequisite.

Your missions

• Manage the developments of the SAP Finance environment and ensure its operational stability.
• Ensure the link between Finance, Management Control, Supply Chain, Sales teams and IT partners.
• Support the ERP transformation roadmap and contribute to strategic decisions related to the modernisation of the information system.
• Actively participate in the scoping, preparation and execution of the migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Carry out functional analyses and propose pragmatic solutions meeting business needs.
• Manage SAP Finance configuration as well as associated master data.
• Provide expert-level support to users on financial processes and interconnected flows.
• Participate in financial closings and ensure data consistency between different systems.
• Supervise internal controls, audit requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation and improvement of Finance processes.

Profile sought

• 5 to 10 years minimum experience in SAP Finance environments.
• Confirmed expertise in Finance and Management Control processes.
• Significant experience in ERP transformation programmes.
• Direct participation in at least one SAP S/4HANA migration in Switzerland.
• Strong understanding of interactions between Finance, Sales, Logistics and information systems.
• Ability to work on both strategic topics and operational activities.
• Hands-on profile, able to produce, analyse, configure and solve issues independently.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Professional French and English.
