Maintenance Manager 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organise and coordinate preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance activities of production facilities
• Lead, support and develop the skills of the maintenance team to ensure a high level of performance
• Ensure the availability, reliability and safety of equipment by setting intervention priorities
• Develop and monitor maintenance plans, performance indicators (KPIs) and service budgets
• Manage continuous improvement projects, equipment modernisation and optimisation of maintenance processes
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards, while ensuring their application by teams
• Work closely with various departments to ensure production continuity and the success of technical projects
• Manage administrative follow-up of interventions, technical documentation and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors

Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence as a mechanic-electrician, complemented by a Federal Maintenance Agent Diploma
• Proven experience in an industrial maintenance role, including several years in a coordination or management position
• Experience in team management, with natural leadership and a strong hands-on approach
• Strong technical skills in mechanics, electricity (OIBT art.15), hydraulics, pneumatics and automation
• Excellent ability to diagnose faults, make decisions and manage priorities
• Fluency in French; knowledge of German is an advantage
• Familiarity with CMMS tools and good understanding of continuous improvement methods (Lean, TPM or equivalent)
• Organised, proactive, unifying personality with a results-oriented approach
