Role:
The public institution undertakes diverse tasks for the population and ensures important services in areas such as administration, finance, infrastructure, education, and social affairs. The focus is on efficient task fulfilment and the sustainable development of public life.

Responsibilities:
As a business management contact person, you support the control and coordination of various organisational units with meaningful information and targeted action proposals.
You are responsible for the continuous development of the key performance indicator system, controlling tools, and reporting.
In financial planning, you accompany the specialist departments in budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning as well as in periodic financial statements.
You prepare analyses, management reports, and presentations that serve as a basis for internal decisions.
Furthermore, you support the monitoring of liquidity and financial processes and advise internal managers.
Qualifications:
You have a higher education in business administration or administrative management or targeted controlling training.
You have already built up sound knowledge in cost accounting, performance accounting, and financial reporting.
You are experienced in creating and preparing reports and decision documents.
Your profile is complemented by your resilience, independence, communication skills, and good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Abacus or comparable systems.
You have fluent German language skills.
