In this role, you will shape the path to the modern Microsoft cloud and support your customers with current Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies. You take responsibility for technical consulting, developing suitable solutions, and the ongoing development of existing environments. You consciously integrate security into concepts, services, and projects and ensure that modern security requirements are met. You combine technical expertise with entrepreneurial thinking and recognise opportunities to sustainably optimise customer scenarios. With your structured, solution-oriented approach, you ensure professional, transparent, and reliable customer support.
Responsibilities:
Together with customers, you develop Microsoft and Azure solutions for the Modern Workplace
You manage workshops and customer projects from requirements analysis to implementation
Your focus is on Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online and Azure
You accompany cloud migrations and integrate security, compliance, and governance
You also support presales, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the further development of services
Qualifications:
You have an IT education and several years of experience in the Microsoft environment
You bring sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure as well as experience with Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online or PowerShell
You convince in consulting and customer contact with strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
You have excellent written and spoken German and possess good English skills
