What is my role?

Our client is looking for a dynamic property manager with power and passion! In this action-packed role, you will take on a diverse portfolio of mandates (approx. 60% condominium ownership and 40% rental) and make it your area of success:

• You handle budgets and financial planning like a pro

• You lead condominium owners' meetings with charisma and impact

• You manage structural renovation and maintenance work from the first groundbreaking to the final handshake

• You master the administrative and technical day-to-day business in rental, condominium ownership and commercial properties with ease

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a property manager with a federal diploma - this is your foundation!

• Several years of professional experience in property management - you know how things work

• Condominium ownership expert through and through with excellent specialist knowledge - you know every paragraph by heart

• Business management understanding - numbers are your friends

• Strong sense of responsibility and high self-responsibility - you take initiative instead of waiting

• Dynamic and flexible working style - stagnation is a foreign word to you

• Service- and customer-oriented personality with a genuine service gene

• Reliability and first-class manners - everyone can count on that

• Humour and composure even when things get hectic - you keep a cool overview
