You manage financial accounting and are responsible for VAT returns as well as interim and annual financial statements
You advise clients on issues related to financial accounting, taxes, and business management topics
You comprehensively manage national and international payroll mandates
You conduct payroll accounting and advise on social security, withholding taxes, and cross-border payroll issues
You act as the central contact person for clients, partners, and external bodies
You coach assigned junior employees and support their professional development
You participate in internal projects and, if necessary, in temporary client assignments
Qualifications:
You hold a professional certificate in fiduciary services or social security, a CAS in payroll, or a comparable further education
You have several years of professional experience in fiduciary services and/or payroll
You possess sound knowledge in payroll accounting, social security, and ideally withholding taxes
You communicate confidently in German and have good to very good English skills
You convince through customer orientation, personal responsibility, and ideally knowledge of Abacus
