About the job
The surveillance ward is affiliated with the Internal Medicine medical department (MB IM). It ensures general internal medicine care for the Bern region and beyond. The clinic consists of an inpatient area with several locations on the Insel site as well as the medical outpatient clinic. In our department (surveillance ward), we care for patients with conditions from the entire somatic and psychiatric spectrum. All patients are in custody.
What to expect
- Nursing care for patients with acute, chronic and psychiatric illnesses
- Interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration, especially with the supervision and care team
- Management of the nursing process
What you bring
- Interest and motivation to complete your Bachelor studies with Additional Module B on the surveillance ward and to consolidate the role as a Bachelor-level nursing professional
- Independent, responsible and resilient personality

- Internship experience in an acute hospital
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
