Responsibility for planning, operation, and further development of the network and security infrastructure (switching, firewalling, WiFi, secure access services)
Participation in new build and lifecycle projects as well as in 2nd and 3rd level support
Technological design with high personal responsibility and active contribution of own ideas
Operation of the network infrastructure in the data centre and at customer sites
Collaboration in a trustworthy, development-oriented team environment focusing on stable, secure, and future-proof networks
Qualifications:
Completed IT education (e.g. HF/FH) and over 8 years of experience in network engineering and operation
Deep know-how in routing, switching, VLANs, BGP/OSPF as well as in security solutions with FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiNAC
Experience with automation (Ansible) and infrastructure as code for efficient management and documentation
Independent, service-oriented personality with enthusiasm for technical precision and teamwork
Very good German skills, good English skills, as well as category B driving licence and impeccable reputation
