YOUR TASKS
- Care and support of patients before and after surgical procedures
- Assistance in preparing the anaesthesia workplace as well as provision and checking of materials, medications and medical devices
- Assistance with regional anaesthesia
- Close and cooperative collaboration with anaesthetists, surgeons, nursing staff and other professionals in the operating theatre
- Monitoring patients within the scope of your competencies and early recognition of changes in health status
- Active participation in ensuring high nursing and treatment quality
- Involvement in the further development of processes and in a constructive and appreciative team culture
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or nurse specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Professional experience in acute care is an advantage
- If trained abroad, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRK) is required
- High professional and social competence as well as pronounced sense of responsibility
- Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with a structured way of working
- Independence, reliability and high quality awareness
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and contact with patients
